Good bike, fast delivery

I ordered the F20 Pro. It arrived quicker than I expected, only took about five days. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The bike works great, very happy with my purchase. Good for my commute.

Decent F26 Pro, good support

I purchased the F26 Pro a few weeks ago. The ordering process was simple enough on their website. Shipping took about a week, which was reasonable. When it arrived, there was a small issue with one of the hydraulic brake pads, it felt a bit off. I contacted customer service through their site, and they responded within a day. They walked me through some troubleshooting steps, and when that didn't fully fix it, they sent a replacement part promptly. The bike itself rides well; the motor is strong, and the battery life is as advertised. Assembly was mostly pre-done, just needed to attach the front wheel and handlebars. Overall, a positive experience, especially with the quick support when I needed it.

F20 Max is awesome

So, I finally got the F20 Max. It's really cool, way better than my old bike. The power assist is super helpful for hills, makes my rides so much easier. I've been taking it everywhere. It arrived a few days ago, and I had it put together myself, wasn't too hard. Definitely recommend it if you're thinking about an e-bike, it's a solid choice for cruising around town or going on longer trips. Feels well built.

Got the F100, good value

I was looking for an e-bike that wouldn't break the bank, and the F100 seemed like a good deal. I caught it during a seasonal sale, which helped with the price a lot. The bike came, and I've been riding it since. It handles my daily commute fine, and the battery lasts as long as I need it to. For what I paid, I think I got a lot of bike. Assembly was okay, not too complex. It's a practical choice if you're trying to save some money but still want a decent e-bike.

Any current coupon codes for the F20 Pro specifically? Or a new customer discount I can use?

T Tara 2 months ago
Check their site banner, sometimes they have a flash sale. Also, if you sign up for their newsletter, they usually send a welcome discount.

I got a new customer discount code when I signed up for emails, it was like 50 euros off. Worth a shot.

Hey, anyone know if you can stack discount codes on Fafrees? Got one for a specific model and wondering if I can add a general percentage off.

N Nina Kim 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. Tried it before and it didn't work for me.

That's usually how these sites work, one coupon only. Pick the best one!

How long does shipping usually take to, say, California? Thinking of getting a folding one for my commute.

R Raj 2 months ago
Mine took about a week and a half to LA, which wasn't terrible. I think they ship from a US warehouse.

Yeah, if they have it in stock in a US warehouse, it's pretty quick. My F20 Mate II got to Texas in like 8 days.

Thinking about getting the F20 Pro, but curious about assembly. How much work is it when it arrives?

N Nick W. 2 months ago
Mine wasn't too bad, mostly just attach the front wheel, handlebars, seat. They say it's 85% pre-assembled and that felt about right for me.

Yeah, I just followed the video online. Took maybe 30-40 minutes, nothing crazy.

I'm looking at the F20 Pro, but also considering the Engwe Engine Pro. Anyone have thoughts on how Fafrees compares to Engwe?

T Troy Lindqvist 2 months ago
Fafrees usually comes in a bit cheaper for similar specs, especially on sales. Engwe might have a slightly better motor on some models but Fafrees is solid value.

I went with Fafrees over Engwe mostly for the aesthetics and what I felt was better battery integration. Both are good though, depends on what features matter most to you.
